A. Update on Frair/Parker-Davis-Cochran Property: Motion: Second: Approve:
B. Iris Thompson Property: Sent multiple letters, left phone messages with no response. The property also has a drainage issue.
C. Update on Howell property: (by cemetery)
D. Don’t forget the annual Hornyhead Festival will be Saturday, April 28th, 8am-2pm: Tournament starts at 8, vendors arrive at 9, parade at 10, followed by car show, and winners of the fishing tournament announced at 1.
A. BRAG (Bicycle Ride Across Georgia) will be held April 21st (10am-5pm) and Sunday, April 22nd (7am-11:30am) and have requested the use of the Pavilion on those days. They will also have a couple of portlets for participants. They have requested access to water for participants to refill their water bottle.
B. Invoice 850.10348 for Lambert, Reitman & Abney in the amount of $528.53: Motion: Second: Approve: A. Update on Parker/Friar and Davis case:
A. Price increase from Curbside of $1.00 per unit due to over 33% increase in fuel over the last 6 months. Tim Biddy with Curbside is here to discuss with Mayor, Council and citizens. Motion: Second: Approved:

C. Newton County’s Family Fun Day: Free food, music, games, children’s activities and more. We would like Newborn to participate with an informational booth and welcome any volunteers to participate with us. It will be held April 14th, 11am-2pm at Legion Field in Covington (3173 Mill Street NE)

7. Manner of Addressing Council. No member, while the Council is in session, shall speak on any subject unless recognized by the presiding officer. Every speaker shall address the chair, and no member shall interrupt anyone who is speaking, except to call him to order or for explanation. 8. Limitations on Addressing Council. Any person not a member of Council who desires to address the Council shall first secure the permission of the presiding officer, and then shall step up, give his name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record, and direct his remarks to the Council as a body rather than to any particular member, limiting such remarks to five (5) minutes unless additional time is granted by Council.
