Rails to Trails Support Proclamation The Town Council voted in April 2010 to support a pedestrian/bicycling path on the old Norfolk Southern line.  Read the full resolution here.  The Town continues to work to support this asset for our community and county.  Learn more about the benefits of trails here.

All meetings are held at the Town Hall in the Zeigler-Childs Building starting at 7 pm.  The public is invited and encouraged to attend.  
Any changes to the regularly posted meeting schedule shall be posted promptly by Newborn’s Town Clerk as early as possible to allow Citizens to plan accordingly.  Any Special called meetings will also be posted promptly.
