You will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email within the next seven days advising if your application was approved or rejected. If your application is rejected you will receive a full refund to the account used to pay the registration. NO PHYSICAL TICKETS ARE MAILED.

  • Bring your own tent / tables / chairs / tent weights

  • Registration is on a first come / first served basis

  • We have limited spaces with electricity available

  • We are a rain or shine event so the festival will be held regardless of the weather
